What Haunted Minnesota collects, and what it doesn't. Last updated October 12, 2026.
Haunted Minnesota (hauntedminnesota.net) is run by one person in Minnesota. Questions about anything on this page go to [email protected]. Email sent to that address is forwarded through Cloudflare to the owner's Gmail inbox, where software helps sort it.
There are no accounts and no forms on this site. If you email, the owner gets your email address and whatever you write. It's used to answer you, or to add or fix a listing. If you send in a place or an event, the listing details you send (name, address, hours, date, host) are published on the site. Your email address isn't published, isn't added to a mailing list and isn't given to anyone else.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare logs the IP address, browser type and pages requested for each visit, to keep the site running and to block abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views and load times with a small script. It doesn't use cookies. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google to fetch them.
This site isn't meant for children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect their information.
